If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product received is <strong>damaged or defective<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>wrong product<\/strong> was delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is <strong>expired or spoiled<\/strong> at the time of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Request Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers must notify us within <strong>48 hours of receiving the order<\/strong> if there is an issue with the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a return, please contact us with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect the return request, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved, the refund will be processed within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items are not eligible for returns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opened or used food products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders returned after the allowed return request period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders can be cancelled only <strong>before they are shipped<\/strong>.
