Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances such as:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Request Time

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is an issue with the product.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return request, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Orders returned after the allowed return request period

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
